I will continue to advance my knowledge and skill to be a valuable partner on your wellness journey.  

As a long time licensed practical nurse working in the field, I felt I needed to add a more holistic approach to wellness to bring a true balance to myself, not only as a practitioner, but as a person.  Over the years of service, I found myself being naturally drawn to use touch as a means of comfort and connection with my patients.  I had come to find the benefit of a simple touch with intention coukd have an impact on overall well being.  This developed a deep drive in me to bring my talents to the surface and pursue a degree in massage therapy.  I have since added additional education in human energy systems, human development and advanced energy healing techniques to help unify the body, mind and spirit.  

The ultimate goal is true wellness, balance and comfort in the body
